Shipping Destinations
Studio Halabi ships orders to:
United States (all states, including Puerto Rico)
Canada (urban areas only)

Signature Required
All orders shipped to Puerto Rico or with a total value exceeding $100 will require a signature upon delivery. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to sign for the package.

Canadian Shipping Restrictions
For Canada, we currently ship only to urban addresses to ensure reliable and timely delivery. Orders to the following regions cannot be processed:
- Yukon (YT)
- Northwest Territories (NT)
- Nunavut (NU)

Additionally, packages exceeding 1 pound cannot be shipped to Canada. Please verify your order weight to ensure eligibility for Canadian delivery.

Shipping Carriers & Services
Orders to the U.S. and Puerto Rico are shipped via USPS or UPS, depending on package size and weight.
Canadian orders are shipped via UPS Worldwide Expedited.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (Canada)
For Canadian orders, any applicable import taxes, duties, or fees (GST, PST, HST) are the responsibility of the customer.
Studio Halabi does not prepay or remit Canadian import taxes.

Delivery Times
U.S. orders: Typically 3–7 business days, depending on location and carrier.
Canadian urban orders: Typically 7–14 business days, depending on carrier and destination.

Important Notes
Please ensure your address is correct; Studio Halabi cannot be held responsible for shipments sent to ineligible regions or incorrectly entered addresses.

Orders that exceed shipping restrictions will be canceled or refunded.
