Return policy
Products may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the item is not as described.
A restocking fee may apply if the item is not returned in the same condition as it was sold in due to negligence, use, or if parts or items originally included with the product is missing. If a restocking fee is applied, the fee amount is determined at Studio Halabi's discretion.
Consoles listed with an as-is disc drive are sold with the understanding that the disc drive's functionality is not guaranteed, in any capacity, for any media type. A non-functional, partially functional, or intermittently functional disc drive on these listings is not considered a defect. Returns related to disc drive functionality on these listings are handled as standard returns (buyer pays return shipping, subject to standard restocking fee) rather than defective-item returns.
Items returned under warranty may be replaced or repaired if availability of parts allow, or refunded fully. Return shipping costs are not covered after the first 30 days of the warranty period.
In the event of shipping damage or loss during a return, the customer agrees to pursue claims directly with the shipping carrier (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx). Studio Halabi will assist by providing shipment documentation if requested, but shall not be liable for any refunds, replacements, or compensation for lost or damaged return packages after the product has been successfully delivered with tracking to the customer.
